Roatan receives its power through its own generator plant, producing 110volts which is the same as in the U.S. So if you are visiting us from Europe then please make sure that you have the correct adaptor for your electrical accessories. With Roatan being unmodernised and having its own power supply, occasionally as the power plants shift their generators the power may cut off for short periods.
